Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines govern your use of the Lawnchair Picks mobile application (the "App") operated by Lawnchair LLC. By using the App, you agree to follow these guidelines. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

Fair Play

Lawnchair Picks is built on fair, honest competition. All users are expected to:

Play contests honestly and in good faith
Maintain one account per person
Not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the App
Not exploit bugs, glitches, or technical issues to gain an unfair advantage
Not collude with other users to manipulate contest outcomes

We actively monitor for suspicious activity. If we detect cheating or manipulation, your account may be suspended or permanently banned without warning.

Account Integrity

Use accurate information when creating your account
Do not impersonate other people, celebrities, athletes, or brands
Do not create misleading usernames or profiles
Do not create multiple accounts to circumvent rules or bans

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Illegal activity — Do not use the App for any purpose that violates local, state, or federal law.
Security violations — Do not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App's security or infrastructure.
Inappropriate content — Do not use offensive, hateful, or sexually explicit language or imagery in your username, display name, or profile photo.

Enforcement

We take violations seriously. Depending on the severity, we may take the following actions:

Warning — For minor or first-time violations. Your account remains active.
Temporary suspension — For repeated or moderate violations. Your account will be suspended for up to 7 days.
Permanent ban — For severe or repeated violations. All access to the App will be revoked.

We reserve the right to skip steps for serious violations, including cheating, illegal activity, or security breaches.

Reporting Issues

If you encounter a problem or believe another user is violating these guidelines, you can:

Use the report option within the App
Email support@lawnchairlabs.com with the relevant username and details

We review all reports and typically take action within 24-48 hours. Reports are confidential.

Appeals

If you believe action was taken on your account in error, email support@lawnchairlabs.com with your username and a description of the issue. Our team will review your appeal within 3-5 business days. All appeal decisions are final.

Changes to These Guidelines

We may update these guidelines from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and notify you through the App.
